Here in the Customer Zone you can create a Profile and manage your account(s) and services online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If this is your first visit, please register to create an online Profile:

What is My Profile?

My Profile is a secure, personalised area of our website that lets you easily manage all of your account(s) and services in one place, whenever you want to.

From within your online Profile, you can easily make changes to your services. You can add new features, order new hardware, and even notify us if you are moving and you want to transfer your services to your new house.

Creating a Profile is easy too - it takes less than five minutes to complete the Registration Form. Once you're registered, if you want to review your account(s) and services, all you need to do is return here to the Customer Zone and log in.
