Account balance over the phone
Residential customers can get an automated, up to date account balance over the phone.
Just phone 0508 888 800 and when prompted say My Account, then Account Balance, and enter your Vodafone account number. You will then be presented with your account balance options. Just one more thing to make life easier.
Log in with your account number and password to view your Vodafone bills for the past three months, in PDF format.
